THE FINAL STRETCH
We have reached the final stretch of 2006 and looking to boost "How We Operate" sales as much as possible before the year ends!
Some activities to promote the album and earn G.A.Y.F. points are:
In-Store Play CDs
Delivering In-Store Play CDs to Lifestyle stores, asking them to play it and if you can leave some promo materials.
ATO Cards
Handing out ATO download cards at concerts and events
Store Checks
Checking stock of How We Operate and leaving promo materials
Web Promotions
Placing banners and avatars in every possible place imaginable. Discussing Gomez on message boards, tour dates in your signature etc. We will have the graphics up here on this site very soon.
Be sure to submit your Reports. We need them to track coverage and you need them to earn points for all of your hard work! * remember links to photos add bonus points!

TOUR PROMOTIONS
If you signed up to promote the upcoming Tour, then you should have received a bundle of materials from ATO by now. If you haven't gotten any materials, there is still time to volunteer...
With most of the U.S. Fall Tour Dates announced, Gomez Are Your Friends is bubbling with activity. There are tons of opportunities to get the word out and this is where we need you.
We are looking for friends to do various tasks to help get the word out.
* Hand out Gomez download cards at assigned shows, for example Matisyahu, Austin City Limits, DMB, Black Keys etc..
* Print and Distribute Handbills in the area of the upcoming show
* Put up posters and post cards to promote the upcoming tour.
* Check in with local lifestyle stores that were sent copies of "How We Operate" to see if they are playing it and if we can put out some post cards.
* Other Gomez love spreading activities as they come up.

We will get back to you and give you the scoop on what we have going in your area.
SUBMIT REPORTS!!
Once you have started distributing your materials, you absolutely must submit a report from the Reports Page
From this point forward we are rewarding our Friends based on the reports they submit. Currently Kelly Lewis from PA is our top friend, this is no surprise of course because she is always on top of it!
So if you want to be eligible for tickets, meet & greets, and excellent swag please be sure to submit reports on all of your GAYF activities.
